- Constructed of high quality and maintenance free vinyl which is resistant to splitting, cracking, and discoloation.
- Stainless steel and special corrosion resistant fasteners.
- Roofing materials: 30 year asphalt architectural shingles on 1x6 tongue and groove sheathing. 5/8" plywood sheathing is used on Fulton models.
- Flooring materials: 5/4x6 vinyl composite decking.
